Booking Policy

It is my pleasure to provide you with exceptional service. Here are a few policies to review before booking.

Booking/cancellations
A $75 deposit is required for all individual hair appointment. Deposits are non-refundable, non- transferable, and may be used towards a different date/time if appointment is rescheduled within 7 days. Appointments may only be rescheduled once. If you need to change your appointment, you may do so within 7 days if the appointment slot is available. If no appointment is available you forfeit your deposit.

NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT
- 24-48 hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellation is MANDATORY.
- Same day cancellations or no show appointments will automatically be charged the full amount with the card on file.
- No shows will not be able to book future appointments.
- All lace appointments need to be booked At least 7 business days in advance to allow time for customization.
- All appointments are given a 15 minute grace period. Arriving after grace period may result in cancellation.

*I can’t guarantee my work if I did not customize

- *All sales are final*
- If you are providing your own frontal, closure or wig please bring it to the shop the Saturday prior to your appointment - Failure to do so will result in a $50 rush fee
- Please provide hair or payment for hair coloring services 7 days prior. (Send/text pictures to (513) 546-8360).
- ***Please consult with me prior to removing your install (especially lace) if you are unsure what to do. I am not responsible for any damages once you leave my chair.
- Extensions must be clean, dry and free of any thread and products. If you have short wefts there will be an additional fee of $35 added to your services.
- Please come with your hair shampooed, detangled and product free - This will expedite your service. Failing to do so will forfeit your appointment.
- Prices are standard and could increase depending on desired style, length and density.
Sanitation guidelines
Upon arrival, you will be asked to wash or sanitize your hands before starting the services and to wear a mask. I will be doing my part as a professional to make sure to offer a clean and disinfected experience.
Courtesy Rules
Please do not bring any extra people or children with you to your appointment due to limited seating, safety and privacy reasons.

Cash, card or Apple Pay ONLY!!! - *No CashApp, Venmo or Zelle*
Please go to the ATM/BANK prior to arriving to your appointment.
- My book opens one month at a time.
- If you don’t see anything open then it is booked!
- Please fill out the client intake completely, it is a key factor in your appointment.
